No. This is genuinely a conversation. I only want people in RLS who are the right fit — a bad-fit member isn't good for anyone. You'll leave with useful clarity either way.
I'm pretty new — do I need to already be leading retreats to apply?
You don't need to have led retreats yet, but you do need to have an existing practice or business. RLS is designed to add retreats as a revenue stream to what you're already building — not to build a business from scratch.
What's the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2?
Tier 1 is the group mastermind — curriculum, community, and group coaching calls. Tier 2 adds private 1:1 sessions with me directly. We'll talk through which is the better fit for your goals on the call.
